It is almost an island, and due to its geography it offers many natural
attractions, such as wide sandy beaches, some of the fastest rising
tides in the world, beautifull hidden
coves, and interesting walks combined with stunning views of the wild coastlines
and massive rock formations. It can be accessed via Gowerton in the
north direction or Sketty and West Cross at the Swansea side in the south,
It is roughly 15 miles wide and 10 miles deep, but can feel larger
